Job Title: Company Controller Location: East Side Reports to: Chief Executive Officer Schedule: Monday - Friday -8am-5pm Pay Rate: $38.46 more or less (Keep in mind you need all the requirements) Position Summary We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Controller to lead our financial operations across the U.S. and Mexico. This role oversees accounting, reporting, and compliance in both countries, working closely with leadership to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the accounting team (about 12 staff) across locations. Oversee financial reporting for U.S. and Mexico operations. Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and Mexican accounting/tax laws. Manage A/P, A/R, payroll, general ledger, and monthly closings. Coordinate tax filings, audits, and budgets in both countries. Develop financial policies and internal controls. Analyze financial data and provide reports to leadership. Support cross-border business planning and transfer pricing. Mentor and train accounting team members. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar (CPA/CMA preferred). 7–10 years of accounting/finance experience; 3+ years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and Mexican regulations. Experience managing teams of 10+ people. Bilingual: English and Spanish required. Skilled in ERP systems and Excel. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
