This role begins with inside sales and prospecting activities and, after training and a few months of experience, transitions into outside sales. Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are essential for success. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct inside sales activities including cold calls, lead follow-ups, and prospecting new clients. • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients. • Learn and apply client marketing’s sales process and marketing solutions. • Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets. • Transition into outside sales after initial training and demonstrated proficiency. • Attend meetings, presentations, and networking events as required. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. • Bilingual preferred. • Strong enthusiasm and positive attitude. • Basic knowledge of sales and prospecting techniques. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
