Job Title: Customs Brokerage Specialist Location: East Side Job Type: Full-Time | Entry-Level Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Starting Pay: $14.00/hr and up, based on experience Position Summary Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customs Brokerage Specialist to join our team in El Paso. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or related fields to start a career in customs and international trade compliance. You will help ensure smooth and timely processing of import shipments while maintaining compliance with U.S. Customs regulations. Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit import documentation to U.S. Customs and other agencies Track and monitor shipments for timely customs clearance Classify products using the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) Communicate with customs officers, clients, carriers, and internal teams Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) regulations Assist with audits and maintain organized records Stay updated on customs regulations and industry practices Collaborate with warehousing, transportation, and customer service departments Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, or related field Must be bilingual (English and Spanish) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Effective written and verbal communication Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Internship or coursework related to customs/logistics is a plus Must have a clear background check Pay Rate Starting at $14.00/hr, based on experience Opportunities for advancement based on performance and experience How to Apply To apply, please send your resume to: ?? edlino@rmpersonnel.com
