•$18.00/hour. Control Quality and quantity of parts being shipped and received. Respond to customer concerns accordingly, monitor inventory records with distribution analyst. Ensure Safety practices are being followed. Maintain safety meetings. Ensure quality in all process. Duties and responsibilities. Prepare documentation and enters information into MRP database. Coordinate with supervisor’s facility Quality Control. Access and track up-to minute orders via Outlook Distribution list. Generates report of shipment shortages along with explanation and e-mails to required personnel. Report any employee issues directly to supervisor. Ensure Safety practices are being followed based on company’s safety protocols. Manage packaging materials as required. Must ensure packaging is available to meet customer requirements. Need to procure with enough time, so that operation does not run out of packaging materials. Review all department processes and update as required. As required, will provide quality information to Company Quality Manager for updates of the Hanon Quality Portal, or any customer quality portal’s. Follow up and create PPAPs. Answer daily customer portals for quality assessments Internal auditor. Respond and follow up customer complaints. Lead safety meetings. Other general duties as assigned.
