NOW HIRING: LEAD FORKLIFT OPERATOR - LABELER / MATERIAL HANDLER
Location: Anthony, TX
Pay: $15.00/hr. Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM (Flexible start time)
Must be available for overtime & mandatory weekends (Sat/Sun)
We are looking for a LEAD FORKLIFT OPERATOR with at least 1 year of leadership experience in a warehouse environment and 2+ years of consistent forklift operation experience (picking and handling preferred over just loading/unloading).
Duties include:
Supervising forklift operators and monitoring dock areas
Managing daily order flow and inventory tasks
Helping resolves issues and coordinating special projects
Performing forklift operations (not 100% of the time)
Loading/unloading trucks and moving goods throughout the warehouse
Conducting equipment checks and maintaining safety standards
Verifying product quality This is a physical, hands-on warehouse role.
Must be able to lift, move, and stack pallets/crates and follow inventory procedures.
