Meat Trimmer Applicant will trim meat sub-primal according to specifications using meat-cutting knife. Cut & trim steaks. Handle physical pressures of splitting non-frozen meat in half in a fast- pace environment. You must be able to work in a cold environment wearing a safety helmet, gloves and safety boots. 2nd 2:30 pm-10:30 pm will work 8 hours, Saturday 12 noon to 6 pm, salary $ 14.85 temp to hire position
