Involves responsibility for the proper cleanliness and minor maintenance of building and custodial equipment. -Cleans all areas of building per schedule -Cleans all areas per standards -Maintains inventory of janitorial supplies -Maintains unit cleanliness as well as building fixture cleanliness Proper use of all janitorial electrical appliances. -Perform other duties as assigned (1) year of custodial experience Must possess a Valid State Drivers License Must be able to pass Background check and Drug test & pass TB test.
