• Perform every production day housekeeping audits.
• Make sure that all forms are filled out completely and correctly, according records procedure.
• Participate as necessary in monitoring and verification activities according food safety and quality plans.
• Make sure that all employees are following good GMP’s and Food defense program.
• Act and resolve incidents of food safety and / or quality within their scope of authority according to your position.
• Follow and carry out the food safety and quality objectives and / or goals established by the company.
• Report any abnormalities to QA and Plant Manager.
• Make sure that all trash cans/inedible cans in all areas are kept clean, trash is being emptied.
• Make sure that screens are kept organized and cleaned.
• Make sure that all air hoses are intact and clean.
• Make sure that chart recorders have paper and that you change it out at the end of the day.
• Report any faulty equipment to supervisor immediately.
• Help fellow workers as doing rounds, but only when necessary.
• Make sure areas are clean at all times.
• Fill out reports properly, neatly and clearly legible.
• Sign and file paper work accordingly.
• Help in other work areas when needed.
• Clean QA room and throw away the trash daily.
• Carry out monitoring, verification and validation operations of the oven and hot water, reporting for each batch the temperature and time in which the product was treated.
• Monitoring CCP- PQC according to food safety- Quality plans.
