Duties/Job Functions:
Support in controlling staff hours
Maintain updated personnel files
Maintain updated reports of overtime, absenteeism and staff delays
Prepare any report requested from the department
Support at events held by the company
Answer phone calls
Attention to employees and requirements of different areas

General Requirements
Minimum High School Studies
Minimum experience in the field of 2 years
English/Spanish
High sense of responsibility
Time availability
WPM 35 minimum
