Maintenance Technician: Minimum 2 years in the manufacturing environment Job located in Fabens salary $ 18 per hour, will be working 6 pm/6 am M-F occasional weekends and overtime. Fix equipment needing repair and welding when necessary; knowledge of plumbing & electrical. Act and resolve incidents of food safety and/ or qualify within their scope of authority according to position. Report any unapproved substances to QA coordinator or SQF Practitioner. Fill out maintenance forms accordingly before and after any repairs. Clean machinery and areas at the end of every performed maintenance.
