The operator position operates machinery, works with others and Lead operator to produce quality parts for our customers. Ensure that customer parts are plating according to traveler (Work Order). Communicate with the lead operator if information is inaccurate or missing. Verify machine set up is correct-including correct program, amperage, load size, etc. Check parts coming off the line to ensure correct thickness, chromate and packaging. Ensure that all paperwork is complete and correctly filled out. Keep line loaded at all times-No empty barrels or racks. Keep area clean and aisles unobstructed.
