Job Description:


Seeking a highly motivated self-starter to work as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in a distribution warehouse. This position is responsible for process import entries, communicating directly to our customers, maintaining all documentation associated with shipments, and reporting to internal and external departments.


Specific Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Process import entries
  • Provides answers and solutions to customer’s requests or inquiries with the highest degree of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Responsible for creating and managing reports to customers on a daily basis.
  • Timely communication & processing of customer requests on receipts to the warehouse.
  • Coordinating & processing customer orders from picking, staging by the warehouse; Mexican broker; & carrier pick.
  • Process export entries & forwarding and handling
  • Process required billing records.
  • Ability to manage time and implement various skill sets.
  • Continually maintain a vast working knowledge of all company services and regulations.




Desired Qualifications:


  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)
  • Preferred; experience in logistics industry – warehousing; transportation; import/export & inventory control.


Background/Technical Abilities:

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Must be detail oriented, self motivated and have the ability to multitask.
  • Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
