EXPERIENCE: Must have two(2) years of previous experience in plastic injection as a machine operator. EDUCATION: HS/GED LANGUAGE: English is required REQUIREMENTS: Must pass criminal background and drug screen. Must have updated resume with specifications on Plastic Injection experience as a machine operator. JOB DESCRIPTION: Sets up products by customer or item specification. Monitors quality of products to ensure standards are met. Troubleshoots machines mechanically. Monitors quality of product. Runs machinery efficiently and safely. Prepares production reports. Maintains a standard to minimize scrap and waste. Rolls stock changes for printing materials. Maintains production schedules by ensuring there is enough stock for fabrication. Monitors and remains accountable for overall production waste. Lubricates press to maintain efficient operation of press and minimize critical part failure. Monitors efficiency and identifies problem areas. Ensures that work area is safe and kept in an orderly manner. Management reserves the right to change or modify the functions of this job as required to meet the needs for the organization. Will train on 8 hr shift but then will move to 12 hrs shift 7a-7p or 7p-7a. One weekend on/off. Submit resume to gloriad@rmpersonnel.com
