Meat Trimmer Applicant will trim meat sub-primals according to specifications using meat-cutting knife. Cut & trim steaks. Handle physical pressures of splitting non-frozen meat in half in a fast- pace environment. Must be able to work in a cold environment wearing safety helmet, gloves and safety boots. Will be working Monday thru Friday 2:30 pm 10:30 pm, Saturday 12 pm to 9 pm. Salary $ 13.85 per hour temp to hire.
