Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Industrial Recruiter to join our operations team. The Industrial Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for a variety of roles within the industrial construction sector. This role requires a strong understanding of the industrial landscape, excellent networking skills, and the ability to manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing & Attraction: Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates in the industrial sector. Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to source potential candidates. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill industrial roles.
Candidate Screening & Selection: Review resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, providing them with thorough candidate evaluations.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and business needs. Provide guidance and advice on recruitment best practices, market trends, and candidate availability. Regularly update hiring managers on recruitment progress and provide insights to refine the hiring process.
Job Posting & Advertising: Write and post job descriptions that effectively communicate the responsibilities, requirements, and benefits of the position. Ensure job postings are optimized for search engines and reach a wide audience through various online platforms.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback. Guide candidates through the interview process, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction. Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Onboarding & Orientation: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Work closely with HR and hiring managers to develop and deliver effective orientation programs for new employees.
Qualifications: Bilingual is a plus Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on industrial construction sectors. Proven track record of successfully filling technical and skilled labor roles in a fast-paced environment.
Skills: Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methods. Familiarity with industrial roles, job requirements, and labor market trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines. Other Requirements: Ability to travel as needed to attend job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities. Strong ethical standards and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications
