You’ll take the reins in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas nurturing relationships with established partners while opening doors to new opportunities. You'll have the autonomy to run your territory like your own business with the support of a world-class brand behind you.
What You'll Do:
· Grow Sales & Build Relationships: Increase sales in your region by maintaining existing partnerships and developing new ones, directly and through distributors with an emphasis on new business development.
· Own Your Territory: Explore and capitalize on new market potential by gathering insights and utilizing CRM tools to strategically manage accounts.
· Be a Brand Ambassador: Showcase our innovative products to customers and distributors, confidently presenting solutions that set us apart.
· Lead with Data: Stay ahead of competition trends and market conditions to ensure our solutions meet customer needs.
· Collaborate: Work with internal teams across engineering, marketing, and production to deliver seamless solutions for your clients.
· Be an Expert: Present like a pro, engage in solution-based selling, and be the go-to person in your region.
What You Bring:
· Sales Rockstar: 3+ years of proven success in outside sales or account management, ideally in industrial or technical sales, with bonus points for experience in the kitchen or bath industry.
· Communication Champion: You're polished, professional, and can present with confidence to any audience.
· Entrepreneurial Spirit: You thrive in a fast-paced, self-driven environment, and love the challenge of building something big.
· Tech-Savvy: You’re fluent in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like SalesForce and SAP. You’ll quickly pick up our systems to optimize how you work.
· Bachelor’s Degree: Preferred, but if you’ve got the skills and experience, we want to hear from you.

Travel Requirements:
· You’ll travel about 60% of the time, exploring your territory and meeting customers face-to-face. Weekly overnight travel will be required.
