Job Description: Loader/Unloader - Medical Equipment and Palletizing Products

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Loader/Unloader to join our team. The primary responsibilities include safely loading and unloading medical equipment, organizing products for shipment, and palletizing items to ensure secure transport. This role is essential to maintaining smooth operations in our logistics process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely load and unload medical equipment and related products from trucks and storage areas.
• Organize and palletize items in preparation for shipping, ensuring secure and efficient packaging.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols, including proper lifting techniques.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products are undamaged and ready for shipment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs independently.
• Willingness to participate in two-person team lifts for items up to 75 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations is a plus,but not required.

Physical Demands:

• Frequent lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work in various conditions, including cold or warm environments, depending on the workspace.
