RBA Staffing has begun its recruiting efforts for a manufacturing facility located 30 miles from Downtown Rochester.

  • You will work 1 week on days and the next week on nights.

  • 36 hours/48 hours worked every other week.

The Production Material Handler assures slitter operators have needed materials to perform efficiently. Supply slitters with rolls to be slit. Remove finished rolls, stretch wrap, and prepare for shipping. Follow all safety protocols.

  • Supply slitters with rolls to be slit

  • Remove finished product from the slitters

  • Wrap finished goods and scan rolls to warehouse locations

  • Return unused master rolls to the master roll stock locations

  • Manage organization of the 2200 and the Green Mile

  • Bring master rolls to staging areas

  • Load master roll carts as needed for the slitters

  • Responsible for inventory accuracy of all finished good materials

  • Assure slitter operators have needed materials to perform efficiently

  • Manage material flow in the core room

  • Works safely for self and others and proactively identifies unsafe practices and participates in resolving
