RBA is Hiring Immediately for a Manufacturing Technician.

Location: Brighton, NY

Job type: Full time, Temp to Hire

Job Duties: will support the assembly of a range of sensor products. Responsibilities include assembly, test, and configuration of cables, sub-assemblies, and systems comprised of mechanical and electronic components.

Required Skills:

  • Good attention to detail,

  • Good hand-eye coordination is essential,

  • A lot of hand soldering

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Familiar with electrical test equipment (oscilloscope, DMM, power supply)

  • Ability to read and follow electrical schematics and mechanical prints

  • Experience hand soldering electronic components on PCBAs


Desired Skills/Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or technical certificate with 3+ years of relevant experience or high school diploma / GED with a 5+ years of relevant experience

  • Experience fabricating custom assemblies and cables

  • Familiar with electrical test equipment (oscilloscope, DMM, power supply)

Pay Range:: $15.00-$17.00HR -based on experience
