RBA Staffing is currently looking for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk located in the Rochester area. MUST HAVE UPS WORLDSHIP EXPERIENCE

 

Hourly Rate: $15-17 an hour

Hours: 9 am - 6 pm

 

General Job Description:

 

The Shipping/Receiving Clerk is responsible for the shipping out of sales orders, and the receiving in of purchase orders. In more detail there responsibilities are:

Shipping-

  • Responsible for verification of part numbers and quantities on sales orders

  • Responsible for understanding and following notes on sales orders

  • Verify all necessary hardware is included in shipments

  • Responsible for entering freight information into CRM

  • Communicate sales order issues or questions to sales team

  • Ability to make packaging decisions to ensure safe transport of equipment by using appropriate packing material

Receiving-

  • Responsible for the verification of part number and quantities on purchase orders

  • Responsible for understanding and following notes listed on purchase order

  • Verify equipment is in acceptable condition , including necessary hardware

  • Communicate purchase order issues or questions to sales team

  • Responsible to scan equipment within CRM to initiate order flow process

  • Assist with other department as workload requires

 

Job Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job you are regularly required to stand, walk, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
