RBA Staffing is currently recruiting for a Compensation Specialist for a local health care system. Day-to-day responsibilities may entail grad/salary recommendations, participation in salary surveys, and administrative management.

Compensation Specialist Required Skills:

  • Critical thinking skills

  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Ability to meet deadlines

Compensation Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update Compensation data in HR systems

  • Administer audits to ensure accuracy and integrity

  • Create and maintain job profiles

  • Participate in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information

  • Conduct business analysis

  • Monitor compensation practices from a legal stand point

  • Supports compensation leadership in the creation of collateral, project managing and scheduling of meetings.

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in HR, Business administration or related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in one of the following job functions: compensation, data analytics, human resources, or related business field.
