BRA Staffing is looking for Part Time & Full Time Customer/Participant Service Reps for a Henrietta Client!


Hours: Flexible, Monday - Friday




To provide excellent customer service to clients in helping them to best manage their accounts, educate on plan details and assist with questions regarding FSA, HSA, Transportation Benefits and COBRA.



? Effectively answer inquiries regarding various aspects of their benefit plans in a thorough manner while ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction.

? Respond accurately and courteously to phone inquiries, live chats, email inquiries utilizing various computer software

? Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies regarding security of Protected Health Information (PHI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

? Demonstrate the integrity and discretion necessary to safeguard confidential data handled or obtained in the normal performance of job duties

? Maintain attention to detail and accuracy of work


Education and Experience

? High School Degree or an equivalent of education and experience

? One year related benefits or employee benefit administration experience preferred

? Call center or customer service experience is desired

? Excellent written and oral communication skills

? Excellent problem solving and computer skills

? Commitment to establishing a high level of client and participant satisfaction

? Strong organizational skills; the ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
