Shipping Clerk - A shift!

RBA Staffing has a temp to perm position for a Shipping Clerk for a local established growing client.


Job Duties (include but are not limited to):

  • Plan and Implement Ground, Express, LTL, and International Shipment

  • Receiving products from vendors

  • Stage products for shipping

  • Coordinating shipping methods and scheduling for final products

  • Storing and retrieving manufactured and finished goods inventory

  • Ensuring the safe, speedy, and most cost-effective way to deliver products

  • Record keeping of all shipping transactions for the purposes of verification of costs, negotiating with vendors



  • International Shipping Experience

  • Supply management experience- negotiation and procurement of materials

  • General shipping experience

  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience with strengths in inventory, purchasing, and shipping functions.

  • Vantage experience preferred.

  • Woodworking experience (crate dimensioning and building)



  • Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum 2 years Shipping experience.
