RBA Staffing is currently recruiting for a Client Service Specialist for a local financial institute. Training hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm then will switch to regular hours of 11:30am-8pm. Must have great customer service and computer skills.This is a high volume call center environment where you will be required to field 50-70 calls per day. Bilingual is a plus! This is a temp to hire opportunity.
Ability to read and interpret documents.
Ability to speak effectively with both internal and external contacts.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, rations, and proportions to practical situations.
Must have excellent Microsoft office applications experience and knowledge.
