*Machine operators prepare the machinery for operation by calibrating, adjusting settings, and ensuring proper loading of materials.
*They control and adjust machine settings to optimize performance, ensuring machines run smoothly and efficiently, according to production specifications.
*Conduct routine maintenance tasks like cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs to keep machinery in good working order.
*Conduct quality checks on the finished products, inspecting for defects and making necessary adjustments to maintain standards.
*They may be required to document production information, maintain databases, and submit performance reports.
