Key Responsibilities
- Assist assembly line workers, machine operators, and other production staff with tasks as needed.
- Organize inventory, pack goods for shipment, and maintain storage areas.
- Sweep, remove debris, and dispose of waste to keep work areas clean and hazard-free.
- Follow all company safety policies, wear PPE (gloves, goggles, steel-toe boots, etc.), and report hazards.
- Able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 45lbs.
- Adaptability to different tasks and changing work environments.
