Job Title: Packaging / Tooling / Light Manufacturing Associate
Location: Gainesville, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Responsibilities
Perform packaging, tooling, and light manufacturing tasks.
Follow written and verbal instructions in English.
Maintain attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality.
Be available for occasional weekends or after-hours work if needed.
Essential Qualifications
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Must be detail-oriented and reliable.
Must have a clear background.
Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. regularly.
Familiarity with tools and basic mechanical aptitude.
Desirable Qualifications
Forklift operation experience.
Ability to troubleshoot with tools such as volt meters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
