JOB# 1253 Production Supervisor

$31.25/Hr+ Depending on Experience
Basic Duties
• Training and supervision of dept. staff (15-20 associates)
• Safety of all associates including safety and documentation
• Training of associates to perform their roles
• Meeting set safety and production goals
• Follow all established standards, policies, and procedures
• Completion of all reports including time for associates
• Ensure operation of machinery and equipment by completing maintenance requirements on
production equipment.
Minimum Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Must demonstrate ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, service manuals
and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Additional Requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good to excellent knowledge of computers
