Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated individual with strong communication skills and a solid work ethic to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our Contract Sales department. This is a full-time position with excellent growth potential, a private office, and a complete benefits package. Sales experience and bilingual skills are a plus but not required. Training is provided.
Responsibilities:
Handle general office tasks and daily administrative duties
Assist customers via phone and computer
Provide basic product information and project updates
Support account-related needs and maintain customer relationships
Manage high call volumes as needed
Requirements:
Customer service, sales, or office experience preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
Strong communication skills
Good work ethic and reliability
Must have a completely clear background
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Every other Friday off
Pay:
$15/hour during training
