Quality Inspector

Job Summary
We are looking for a Quality Inspector to inspect electronic parts and assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards. This role includes performing inspections, documenting results, and supporting quality processes in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect parts and assemblies using work instructions and specifications
• Perform basic first article inspections and PTH line verification (training provided)
• Read Bills of Materials (BOMs), assembly instructions, and quality documentation
• Make accept/reject decisions based on inspection results
• Transport trays or racks of circuit board assemblies as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Adjust schedule as needed to meet customer or production needs
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Some manufacturing or electronics experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand written instructions in English
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Basic math skills
• Ability to distinguish colors and read small component markings
• Experience using calipers or measuring tools is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods while performing inspections
• Occasional standing, bending, and lifting
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
