Job Summary
We are seeking a Mechanical Assembler I to perform basic mechanical assembly tasks supporting electronic products. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing and offers hands-on training in a structured production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components such as brackets, fans, fasteners, and enclosures onto electronic assemblies
• Follow written instructions and basic drawings to complete assemblies
• Perform visual inspections to ensure proper assembly and fit
• Assist with packaging and labeling finished products
• Follow ESD and workplace safety guidelines
• Keep work area clean and organized

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• No experience required; manufacturing or mechanical experience is a plus
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
• Ability to read simple instructions and drawings
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, bend, and use hands for assembly work
• Lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally
• Use hand tools for extended periods

Work Environment

• Climate-controlled electronics manufacturing facility
• ESD-protected work area
• Moderate noise level
• Use of PPE required
