Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines, ensuring the production of high-quality components that meet specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, programming, and the ability to work with precision tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines, including Fanuc and Mazatrol systems, to produce parts according to specifications.
• Program and set up CNC machinery using CAM programming techniques.
• Utilize hand tools and precision measuring instruments such as micrometers to ensure accuracy in machining processes.
• Fabricate and assemble components as required, adhering to quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
• Collaborate with team members to implement Lean manufacturing principles for improved efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in CAM programming and operating CNC machinery.
• Familiarity with tooling, fabrication, and assembly processes.
• Ability to use hand tools and precision measuring instruments effectively.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing practices is preferred.
• Forklift operation experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11pm
