Join a reputable property management group in Topeka with an outstanding benefits package upon conversion. We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to work directly with our maintenance team to ensure the needs of a wide range of properties are met.
Responsibilities:
General Labor Tasks:
- Mowing, trimming, and snow removal
- Trash pickup and removal, including furniture and other large objects
- Vacancy storage and removal
- Exterior painting and maintenance
- Preparing sites for meetings and events
Parts and Fixture Replacement, Minor Repairs:
- Replacing light bulbs, ceiling panels, air/heat filters
- Performing minor repairs and pest control tasks
Other Duties as Assigned
Qualifications:
- Bi-lingual skills are a plus
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well with the maintenance team
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair tasks
