Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain shipment data, inventory records, and billing information in logistics systems.
- Verify accuracy of documents related to agricultural products, including bills of lading, delivery receipts, and compliance forms.
- Communicate with carriers, warehouse teams, and logistics coordinators to resolve data discrepancies.
- Provide customer service support by answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and relaying shipment updates.
- Assist customers and partners with order status, documentation needs, and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records to support audits and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor data for errors or inconsistencies and escalate issues when needed.
- Support seasonal workload increases typical in agriculture logistics.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency with logistics software, spreadsheets, and general office tools.
- Clear and professional phone communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience, clarity, and problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with agricultural products or supply chain processes is a plus.
