Drug Testing Results Coordinator (Occupational Health)
We are hiring on behalf of a well-established organization that supports safety-sensitive employers nationwide through drug testing, occupational health, and background screening services.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with confidential medical information. Experience in drug testing, occupational health, medical terminology, or customer service is a plus.
Schedule & Pay
- Pay: $17–$19/hour (DOE)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, day shift
- Employment Type: Contract with strong potential to convert to a permanent role
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with laboratories and clinics to obtain drug screening and occupational health results
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with labs, clinics, and internal teams
- Accurately enter, review, and finalize results in an electronic tracking system
- Verify data accuracy and ensure timely completion of reports
- Investigate missing or incomplete information
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive medical information
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and database systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in drug testing, occupational health, or laboratory environments
- Knowledge of DOT drug testing procedures
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Call center or customer service experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
- Fluent in written and spoken English
