Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager
Pinnacle Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead workplace safety initiatives and ensure environmental compliance for one of our valued clients. This is a direct hire position. This role is critical in creating a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible work environment through proactive training, inspections, risk assessment, and program development.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with all applicable OSHA and EPA regulations
Develop, implement, and manage EHS programs, including:
Hazardous waste management
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Accident and incident investigation
Conduct safety and environmental training programs for employees
Perform regular workplace inspections and risk assessments
Lead risk management and corrective action initiatives
Develop and maintain emergency response and preparedness plans
Investigate accidents and near-misses to identify root causes and prevent recurrence
Promote environmental stewardship and continuous safety improvement
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety or a related field preferred
Strong working knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and observation skills
Ability to lead safety initiatives and influence a culture of safety and compliance
