Pinnacle Staffing Group is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk/Receptionist to join one of our client’s growing teams. This position plays a key role in supporting daily office operations through accurate data management, administrative support, and professional front-desk service. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Accurately enter and update data into company systems and databases


Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner


Answer and direct phone calls and emails


Maintain organized files and records


Provide administrative support to internal departments as needed


Ensure confidentiality of all company and client information


Qualifications:


1–2 years of experience in data entry, reception, or administrative support preferred


Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)


Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


Excellent communication and customer service abilities


Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
