Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver

Are you an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys being on the road and working with your hands? A leading commercial flooring products and services company is seeking a reliable and hard-working Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver for a temp-to-hire opportunity based in Arizona.

Position Overview:

As a Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver, you’ll play a key role in the supply chain—handling local pickups and deliveries, managing inventory, and assisting with warehouse operations. This is a full-time, physically active role with consistent hours and overtime potential.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pick up materials from local vendors using purchase orders (POs)
• Load truck, count boxes, and perform basic inventory tracking
• Transport materials back to warehouse
• Label boxes and unload using a sit-down forklift
• Put goods away in warehouse
• Ensure safe and efficient handling of all goods
• All pickups and deliveries are local within Arizona
• Occasional in-state trips may occur (always with a second employee)

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of relevant warehouse and driving experience
• Comfortable driving 16’ flatbed trucks
• Experience pulling a trailer
• Valid Driver’s License and clean MVD record
• Sit-Down Forklift Certification required
• Able to lift and carry up to 75-100 lbs

Safety Gear:

• PPE: White hard hat (with chin strap), cut level 4 gloves, safety glasses, back brace, yellow safety vest provided by Pinnacle, must be worn at work.

Pay:

• $20.00 per hour
• Overtime required (12-hour shifts)

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Shift may vary: 4 AM – 4 PM or 5 AM – 5 PM
