We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Residential House Cleaners to support a growing client base throughout the Valley. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling. While most jobs occur on Sundays and Mondays, work may be scheduled any day of the week depending on bookings. Hours may fluctuate weekly, with future opportunities for increased hours as the business continues to grow.
This role includes cleaning private residences as well as Airbnb and rental properties, ensuring each home meets high guest-ready standards. If you take pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces and enjoy both independent work and team collaboration, we’d love to hear from you!
Service Areas
This position requires travel to jobs across the Valley, including but not limited to:
Scottsdale, Chandler, Tempe, Sun City, Cave Creek, Midtown Phoenix, Glendale, and Phoenix.
Candidates must have their own vehicle and be comfortable commuting between job sites.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties: dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
- Deep-clean kitchens and bathrooms (sinks, counters, appliances, tubs, toilets)
- Clean, organize, and prepare rental and Airbnb properties to meet guest-ready standards
- Follow client- and property-specific instructions and preferences
- Maintain a professional, courteous presence in clients’ homes
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns
- Communicate effectively with team members during group jobs
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to multiple locations valley-wide
- Valid driver’s license
- Previous residential, commercial, or hospitality cleaning experience preferred (Airbnb experience is a strong plus)
- High attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Friendly, personable attitude with the ability to take feedback well
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Trustworthy and respectful of client privacy
Compensation & Benefits
- $18–$22/hr depending on experience
