Pinnacle Staffing is seeking a motivated sales professional with a background or understanding of construction, design, or building materials.
What You’ll Do:
As a Sales Associate, you’ll combine sales, customer service, and creativity to help customers bring their vision to life. You will:
- Welcome and assist customers in our showroom, by phone, and at local home shows
- Help customers design and select fireplaces, grills, pergolas, and shade structures
- Enter orders, process payments, and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with builders, landscapers, and contractors on larger projects
- Share product knowledge and provide personalized recommendations
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A passion for design, outdoor living, and lifestyle solutions
- Willingness to learn new products and processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, internet tools)
- Prior sales experience required; bilingual skills are a plus
