Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to licensed Insurance Advisors across all stages of the insurance process.
- Assist in preparing insurance illustrations, quotes, and client-facing presentation materials.
- Track outstanding insurance applications and follow up to ensure timely, accurate processing.
- Serve as a liaison between advisors, clients, and insurance carriers to streamline communication and case handling.
- Maintain up-to-date client records and documentation in CRM and internal systems.
- Ensure all regulatory and compliance documentation standards are met.
- Coordinate scheduling for client insurance reviews and consultations.
- Prepare internal performance reports tracking insurance activity and case volume.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.
- Actively pursue Life & Health Insurance licensure within the first 6–8 months if not already licensed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, operational, or client service role—ideally within financial services or insurance
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft Office, and/or Google Workspace
- High ethical standards and a strong commitment to client-first service
- Interest in obtaining Life & Health Insurance license (if not already licensed)
- Experience within an RIA or insurance agency, particularly in quoting or application processing, is a plus
