A growing national wealth management firm is seeking a Regional Growth Director to support and drive growth across multiple office locations. This role bridges firmwide strategy with local execution, partnering closely with Managing Directors and regional teams to ensure operational excellence and consistent performance. The ideal candidate is a trusted leader and strategic thinker with proven experience in the financial services or wealth management industry, and a strong background in business operations, growth strategy, and team development.
This position is based out of the Mesa, Arizona office and requires approximately 25% travel to regional offices nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead quarterly acceleration calls and conduct regular office visits to align local leaders with growth objectives and address challenges.
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with Managing Directors and office staff, serving as the primary point of contact for support and strategic guidance.
Collaborate with offices on annual budget planning, monitor progress toward goals, and implement course corrections as needed.
Approve operational exceptions (e.g., event expenses, fee adjustments) within established guidelines; escalate larger issues as appropriate.
Partner with senior leadership to ensure alignment between enterprise-level strategy and regional execution.
Support recruiting, training, and development efforts to ensure offices are appropriately staffed and resourced.
Represent the organization at leadership meetings, office visits, and industry functions, reinforcing the firm's values and culture.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in the financial services or wealth management industry in a business operations, office leadership, or growth-focused role
Proven ability to build credibility and strong working relationships with senior leaders and diverse teams
Experience in budgeting, analyzing performance metrics, and driving accountability
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, including the authority to handle operational exceptions
Willingness and ability to travel regularly across regions (approx. 25%)
Demonstrated commitment to long-term roles with strong follow-through and reliability

Compensation:
Base salary: $100,000
Quarterly bonus plan based on performance against clearly defined growth targets
