Pinnacle Staffing is looking for a mature, intelligent, and motivated Retail Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a retail showroom setting
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries
- Enter and process sales orders
- Handle payments and maintain accurate records
- Learn and promote fireplace, grill, and outdoor living products
- Represent the company at home shows and events
- Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and professional attitude
- Ability to learn quickly and multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Maturity and intelligence in handling tasks and customer needs
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic technical ability and computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Internet)
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bilingual (helpful, but not required)
- Prior sales or retail experience strongly preferred

- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: $15.00 – $22.00 per hour (depending on experience)
