Eelctrical Service Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to oversee our service operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, construction management, and project oversight. This role is critical in ensuring that our service team delivers high-quality workmanship while adhering to industry standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the service department, ensuring efficient operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Oversee project management activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Collaborate with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions based on electrical engineering principles.
• Conduct construction estimating and system design to ensure accurate project proposals.
• Review blueprints and schematics to guide the team in executing projects effectively.
• Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) standards throughout all service operations.
• Train and mentor staff on best practices in construction management and safety protocols.
• Utilize ProCore software for project tracking, documentation, and communication with stakeholders.

Experience

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the electrical or construction industry.
• Strong background in construction estimating, electrical engineering, system design, and project management.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics is essential.
• Familiarity with NEC regulations and compliance requirements is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
• Experience using ProCore or similar project management software is a plus.

Pay rate: 25-35 Per hour DOE
