Pinnacle Staffing is working with an event and attractions rental company specializing in providing safe, fun, and memorable experiences at festivals, corporate events, school functions, and private parties. We are seeking reliable and energetic Ride Attendants / Event Set-Up Crew Members to join our team.


Job Title: General Laborer

  • Location: Tampa/New Port Richie FL
  • Next Event: Second week of September
  • Schedule: M-F 8am-4pm (hours may vary according to event schedules)
  • Type: Temp - Perm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with set-up and tear-down of rides, inflatables, and event attractions.
  • Ensure all equipment is clean, secure, and in proper working order.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest safety at all times.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
  • Work as part of a team to complete event setup and breakdown efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older and have a clean background.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong attention to safety and detail.
  • Reliable transportation to event sites.
  • Prior customer service, event working or amusement park experience is a plus!
