We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Associates to support a leading bottle manufacturing company in Tolleson, AZ. This role offers full-time hours on a rotating 12-hour schedule.

Schedule

  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

(2-2-3 rotating schedule with built-in days off)

Responsibilities

  • Insert and prepare bags in large bins filled with preforms at the injection presses.
  • Fold and secure bags on filled bins before lids are placed by automated equipment.
  • Monitor and address issues with auto-guided carts and robotic equipment.
  • Perform other production-related tasks as assigned.
  • Remain active throughout the shift, working on a concrete floor with designated breaks and lunch.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of production experience required.
  • Reliable transportation is required (no carpooling or public transit options available).
  • Ability to comply with safety and appearance standards: no visible piercings or jewelry except a plain wedding band and tight-fitting watch.
  • Must wear all-leather shoes—athletic or work boots are acceptable (no mesh, nylon, or canvas).
  • Comfortable standing and moving for long periods in a production environment.
