Pinnacle staffing is currently looking for a Project Manager in the Urbandale, Ia. area. This Project Manager will be overseeing the planning, execution and completion of closet organization projects. This role involves coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring client satisfaction.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences for closet organization.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to procure materials and services.
  • Supervise and guide team members throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure that the final organization meets client expectations and industry standards.
  • Problem Solving: Address any issues that arise during the project promptly and effectively.

Skills Required:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication for client interactions and team coordination.
  • Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure accuracy in project execution and client specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in project management, preferably in home organization or interior design.
  • Familiarity with closet systems and organization techniques.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
