Construction Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and completion of projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Plan projects, define scope, set schedules, budgets, and allocate resources.
• Coordinate procurement, materials, subcontractors, and workforce.
• Lead and motivate teams; conduct regular meetings and updates.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with regulations.
• Manage changes, track progress, and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Oversee punch list completion, inventory management, and waste disposal.
• Conduct site visits, maintain communication with all parties, and document all activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in construction project management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, safety standards, and quality control.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
