SCOTTSDALE, AZ
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dictation Transcriptionist to assist one of our clients on a potentially long-term basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong transcription skills, who can accurately transcribe dictated material without adding commentary or making edits. The position is located in South Chandler, AZ, and requires in-office presence several times a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transcribe dictated material accurately and efficiently, following the speaker’s instructions closely.
- Ensure that transcriptions are precise, with no added commentary or editing.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all work-related tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong listening and typing skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to follow dictation instructions closely without making changes or edits.
- Previous experience in transcription.
- Must be available to work on-site in South Chandler, AZ several days per week.
- Comfortable with basic office tasks as needed.
Additional Details:
- This is a temp-to-hire position, with the potential for long-term employment.
- Hours: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
