This is a 28-32 hour per week, on-site role for an HOA Customer Support Specialist located in Topeka, KS. The HOA Customer Support Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks including addressing customer inquiries, facilitating communication to members of the HOA, assist in obtaining bids, and occasionally attend 1-3 after-hours Board meetings. Responsibilities• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a high level of service.• Assist homeowners with questions regarding dues, maintenance requests, and community guidelines.• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our system.• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve service delivery.• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, provide updates to customers, or follow up on requests for estimates from vendors.• Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in our services
